Based in Fife, all of our professionally trained string players studied at the top Conservatoires around the UK. They reside in Scotland and perform regularly throughout Europe with the top orchestras; including BBC Scottish Symphony orchestra, RSNO, Scottish Opera, Scottish Chamber Orchestra. With over twenty years of experience in the business, we have kept our ideas and our music fresh. Having played at over 400 different venues across the UK, we have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge; playing at small gatherings right through to the grandest affair, no two events are ever the same. Scotia has a huge repertoire from you to choose from and add new songs to this list on a weekly basis. If there is something that is not on our list, we are more than happy to source it for you. Be it Pachelbel or Pink, Mozart or Madonna; you name it, we play it.

Absolutely brilliant! Thank you for learning our special song, it was so perfect. And a huge thank you to Lizzy for fulfilling a last minute request to provide a recording of a song we used during our ceremony for everyone to sing to - this was so we could practise a bit and know when to start singing and we asked the week of the wedding. Scotia Strings went above and beyond our expectations and I highly, highly recommend anyone to book them for their event!!

Your music was so beautiful. I loved listening to you play the bridesmaids down the aisle while my Dad and I giggled at the entrance and listened to the music and the chirping of birds. It was a perfect moment!
