Schoon Jr’s (pronounced “shoon”) love for music started from an early age with disco and funk being played in his childhood household, his passion for them began. At 17, he drifted towards techno music, which he quickly fell in love with and started playing tracks on his friend’s decks. His passion for electronic music led him to perform at a number of secret after parties in the South of France, where the underground scene started to blossom. After moving to London, he took a step back to come back stronger in 2020 where he became resident at Ora Brewing doing some crazy 13hours set from the afternoon until the early morning, all the way from Disco to Techno. He now represents theBasement Discos, a fast rising house & disco label based in Valencia which he took to the next level in London, organising events in bars, clubs and breweries all over the capital. He has now launched Reflexion which is his long/life term project and for which the journey has just begun… If you like rumbling grooves and funky beats then look no further, Schoon Jr. is your man and he’ll prove it!
