About Scenarium Strings

String Quartet, trio, duo or solo violinist. East Midlands based and travelling nationally in the UK
String quartet
Loughborough
Public liability insurance of £10 million

String Quartet - Our quartet bring a wealth of experience and all play in a huge variety of settings as well as the quartet. All our musicians have professional orchestral experience and perform throughout the UK. String Trio - W can also provide a smaller ensemble consisting of two violins and cello, or violin, viola and cello. Sometimes this is more appropriate due to the size of the venue, amount of guests and budget. String Duo - If you have a smaller setting, you could also book one of our string duos. Whilst not compromising on sound, they are ideal for space and budget limitations.

Customer questions

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Each event is different but ones where there is an opportunity to connect and engage with the audience are especially memorable.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

The best venues would have to be at Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Artists from all different genres. Musicians who make a difference with their music.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

The Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle and the Platinum Jubilee Party at Buckingham Palace

Do you have different line-up options?

Our line up can be adjusted to suit the size of venue, the amount of guests and can be either a standard quartet (2 violins, viola, cello), a trio, a duo or a solo violinist.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We understand that sometimes things change and we endeavour to be as flexible as possible in the lead up to the event.

How much time do you need to set up?

We would usually arrive around 45 minutes before we are due to play.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

We are happy to discuss with you what type of music you would like to hear and aim to be as flexible as possible. Our set list is always being updated, so there's always something fresh.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

The only thing we may need the venue to provide is 4 chairs without arms.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
