I am an experienced arranger and am happy to find the best way to add your favourite songs to my set-list, or to play you down the aisle. I have a first-class BA(Hons) in music and extensive experience with solo, chamber, orchestral, contemporary and musical theatre / opera performance. I have played in all manner of settings, from cathedrals to back gardens, and am happy to cater to specific events and needs. I have also participated in recordings of various styles of music and am skilled at leading groups and rehearsals, as well as one-to-one and small group-based teaching. What do your clients love most about your performances?

My flexibility! My priority is providing the perfect soundtrack to your event, and I will work with you to curate what and how I play.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Concert halls, churches, cathedrals, hotels, private homes, small gardens, large courtyards... You name it!

Do you have different line-up options?

This is a solo listing, but as an experienced ensemble player I am able to join a group if arranged by the event.

How much time do you need to set up?

Depending on the venue, I can set up in less than half an hour. This allows me to settle into the space and have a quick warmup. I only require a chair and space for my music stand, unless you are requesting amplified (non-acoustic) performance.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Absolutely! Everyone has different tastes and requirements. Please specify if you require a specific genre or style of performance and we can make sure you get the right soundtrack to your event.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

For cello performance, ideally I need a chair without arms. I can play standing up using my own equipment if agreed in advance. For flute performance I only require a music stand, which I bring myself.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Absolutely. My set list is always expanding, but bespoke arrangements will need to be paid for due to the time they take to produce.
