We thrive in going the extra mile to create bespoke, beautiful arrangements of that all-important aisle song and help make the atmosphere in your wedding ceremony something even more special that your guests will talk about. We are also happy to stay to sing you through your reception drinks with our up-beat, yet stylish arrangements of your favourite wedding songs. The girls in Sapphire all met working professionally in vocal groups and each bring their varied vocal expertise and professional experience to the table to create something truly magical.

I cannot recommend Sapphire enough. From start to finish they tailored everything to my husband’s and my dream vision for our wedding. Sapphire re-worked our (rather unusual) selection of wedding song choices to change them to the most perfect romantic wedding set up. Sapphire sung me down the aisle in the most beautiful way and there was not a dry eye in the house. During our ceremony, they gave a mesmerising performance of another three songs for our guests to listen to as we signed our wedding register. So many guests, and the venue itself, commented on how much they enjoyed the performance. Sapphire was in contact throughout, checking that we were happy with their plans, and the result was truly, gorgeous wedding bliss!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes, most likely! We do work with some Wonderfully talented dep singers if we are particularly busy, however, never more than one dep at a time. We are happy to inform you if we think we might have to use a dep-singer. Rest assured, the High Quality product you receive on the day won’t differ.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our Vocal trio is always Performing as a trio. We can offer additional services alongside the trio such as a pianist, Singer/pianist or singing waiters.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We will keep consistant communication throughout the process so as long as you keep us updated we can be flexible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes, we are happy to do this. If you require music quite early or much later than our performance for us to move our equipment that may come at an extra cost.

How much time do you need to set up?

We like to set up 1.5 hours before the event or at least 1 hour before guests arrive.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes, of course! We also include one bespoke arrangement of your chosen song tailored especially for you. Note that our repertoire is a lot bigger that what is currently listed on Encore.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, we provide PA, wireless mics and classy lighting (if required).

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We include one bespoke arrangement for each wedding. We are always happy to tailor more arrangements from you and will discuss costs on an individual basis to allow for vocal arranging and rehearsal time.
