With a wealth of industry experience between them, the band members have collectively played thousands of gigs, captivating audiences across the country. Though the band is new in its current form, SUNDOWNs members have been playing together under various names for over 5 years. Our experience with Sundown was truly exceptional. They brought an incredible energy to our wedding and kept the dance floor packed all night. Their seamless blend of classic and modern songs was a hit with everyone. Their communication in the lead up to the big day was also really great which helped our planning process.

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes. We always aim to make sure the line-up is the same as the one you see in our videos. If for any reason we can’t perform with our original line-up, we will inform as early in the booking process as we can.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes. Our standard offering is a 5-piece, but you can opt to have just one of our singers lead the band as a 4-piece.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We will do everything we can to be flexible in this case. As long as we have reasonable notice, slight timing changes are rarely a problem.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes. We will have a playlist on during our breaks free of charge. If you would like to add an additional ‘DJ’ service, this is something that we can discuss also.

How much time do you need to set up?

We need 90 minutes to set up and sound check.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We welcome you to pick up to 15 favourites from our repertoire, we will then base the rest of our setlist around the songs that you’ve picked, and songs we know are failsafe crowd pleasers!

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely. As long as we are given a minimum of 4 weeks notice, we can learn special request songs. There is an additional fee for this which varies depending on the complexity of the song.
