I'd like to give a HUGE thank you to 'Studio' for making our wrap party and finale to our final series something unique and special! Every taste and genre was catered for, from rock and pop, to old classics and even ceilidh dancing ! (Cheekily incorporating the Still Game theme tune in a Gay Gordon' no less !) The vocals versatility and musicianship was top class and there was also room made with ease for special guest singers and other guest musicians to join in. Thank you so much, a great and memorable night was had by all, and you're always welcome in The Clansman." Gavin Mitchell (Boabby the barman) from Still Game, September 2018 “Hey guys That was an absolute treat playing with you at the Still Game wrap party. Tremendous fun and a real bonus renewing our Kick Reaction appreciation society ⭐️ Ps your sax guy did a great job on Young at Heart” Robert Hodgens (aka Bobby Bluebell of the Bluebells), September 2018 “Hi Jamie, just wanted to say a huge thank you for your brilliant performance at our wedding on Friday. The music added to a wonderful day and everybody left raving about the band so no doubt your name will be getting passed about. Hope you've had a great weekend and thanks again!” James & Kirsty, GG's Yard, Laggan, Gatehouse of Fleet, August 2018 “Hi Jamie, just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your band mates!!!! Absolutely everyone was raving about how amazing you guys are!! You were all unbelievably good!! Could not have been a better day!! Thanks again and please pass on my message to your other band members! “ Lindsay and Chris, Fingask Castle, August 2018 “Thank you so much to STUDIO for playing at our wedding! What a fantastic band!! We had so many compliments from the guests and we had the time of our lives!” Cheryl and Greg, Runningburn Farm, July 2018 “Jamie and the band, Just to say a HUGE thank you for playing our wedding at the zoo last weekend. You guys were AMAZING. I know that at least one of my guests wanted to speak to you about booking their wedding! We are so chuffed to have had you with us that day, and the sax break out is still a topic of conversation. You guys really went all out - and far surpassed any wedding band I've ever heard. Extra kudos for the guitarist nailing that don't stop believing trill If there is anywhere I can review / rate or comment on you guys, please don't hesitate to let me know. “ Ben and Lara, Mansionhouse at Edinburgh Zoo, May 2018 “Hi Jamie just want to thank you and the rest of the band for a brilliant night we all had. We can’t thank you enough. Your version of our first dance was spot on better than we could have believed, All our guests were saying that it’s the best wedding they have been to and that your band was brilliant, Judi and I are on honeymoon now. Thanks again” Robert and Judi, Gailes Lodge, March 2018 “Just wanted to say thank you for a most fantastic night last night. All the guests said how much they enjoyed the band and most importantly Richard and Natalie thought you were sensational. People were dancing the whole evening and Natalie loved the saxophonist doing the “dance off” with her. Everyone would highly recommend your band. Thank you again,” Margaret Simpson (Rick’s Mum), Poppinjay Hotel, November 2017 “Hi Jamie, I just wanted to take the time to thank you for playing at our wedding. You did a great job. Everyone was happy and had a good time. The feedback we got from others was also awesome. Me and Camilla where really happy with the first song as well. Perfect!” Ville and Camilla Suonurmi, Oxenfoord Castle, October 2017 “STUDIO were AMAZING!! After a long time listening to other options I knew I wanted this band. They covered our requests, which were varied! They called the dances and walked our guests (including some American and Canadian visitors) through the ceilidh section. The band were professional throughout and also a lot of fun! With seven musicians in the band, as we added the ceilidh option and had wanted male and female vocalists, my music teacher friends were seriously impressed with their diversity and talent. To top it all..... a saxophone led conga! Totally the best money we spent on our wedding. My mum has already told some of her friends who have engaged sons and daughters that if they want the 'best night ever' .... That's a quote from our guests.... then try to get this band. They made our night so much so we would love to do it all again!! Thank you so much,” Kirsty & Craig Wilson, Sherbrooke Castle, July 2017 “Hi Jamie, We just wanted to say thank you again to you and the rest of STUDIO for playing at our wedding on May 20th. You were amazing! We had only listened to clips online so took a bit of a risk in booking you, but you really surpassed our expectations. So many people commented on how great the band were and lots asking who you were. I don't think anyone under 50 sat down for the last 2 hrs of the wedding!! Thanks also for doing our requests and such a nice job of our first dance song. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. Best wishes,” Fiona and Darren Rocks, Oxenfoord Castle, May 2017 “The band were great from start to finish and had the dance floor full for most of the evening. They had a great mix of music which catered for everyone. I would highly recommend STUDIO to all and my guests were all very complimentary and loved the music. Thanks to all the band and we hope they enjoyed the evening too.” Lorraine Haggerty & Daniel Doherty, Westerwood Hotel, May 2017 “Hi Jamie, We just wanted to say a huge thank you for playing for us on our very special day. We cannot praise you enough. You were so accommodating, friendly and absolutely fantastic! The range of songs and the standard was exceptional. We were completely blown away and so many of our guests commented on 'how amazing the band were!' We wish we could go back and dance the night away listening to you play all over again. You gave us a night we will never forget and we are truly grateful. With lots of thanks,” Amanda and Charlie, Eglinton Arms Hotel, April 2017 “Perfect couple ,perfect day.Great wedding at New Lanark mill hotel.
