From the creative mind of award-winning director and arranger Sara Leanne, the SL Vocal Collective is formed of six exceptional female vocalists from around the UK. The group is rooted in sophisticated vocal harmony, taking inspiration from groups such as The Staves, Thirdstory and Pentatonix. Their repertoire comprises a variety of folk, pop, and musical theatre, from Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan to Lizzy McAlpine and Ariana Grande. The SL Vocal Collective is available to book as a vocal trio, quartet, quintet or sextet, either with accompaniment (guitar / piano) or a cappella.

Beautiful voices and our guests could not get over Halo which was amazing in the church. Sara was so reliable with communication and we are 200% happy that we booked them for our wedding. Just incredible.

Versa were absolutely excellent, one of the highlights of my wedding. My guests are still raving about them. The song that Sara arranged for me to walk down the aisle brought tears to alot of eyes (including mine!) as it was so beautifully arranged and sung. The girls' voices were incredible and worked so well together. I have a musical background and was very impressed by their performance and also the personality with which they sang. Before the wedding they were super responsive and helpful, especially as I had to change date and venue due to Covid. I would not hesitate to recommend Versa for a wedding, party or corporate event.

I spent a very long time looking for the perfect act to surprise my wife to be at our wedding. When I found VERSA, I knew that they were the perfect fit. They were nothing but professional from the moment we started discussing the booking. Sara was amazing to work with - really responsive, and happy to take on board requests. I really felt like she understood my vision, and she turned it into the most perfect ceremony song. The band are incredibly talented - everybody commented on how utterly fantastic they are. As a fellow singer and musician, I understand the time, energy and passion that goes into creating each song, and I couldn't have been happier with the way it turned out! Thank you all again for your professional service and phenomenal talent - I will absolutely be using VERSA again in the future!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

We performed at the BBC News Awards in 2020 and 2021. We also won the UK round of the International Championships of Collegiate A Cappella (the competition in Pitch Perfect!) and subsequently performed on Broadway at The Beacon Theatre for the World Finals in 2018.

Do you have different line-up options?

We offer anything from a vocal trio to an a cappella sextet.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be as flexible as possible and to ensure that your event runs smoothly. If timings change, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

No problem. We are happy to play music in between sets at no extra cost. If you'd like us to arrive early or stay late to play music, just let us know and we can provide a quote!

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually perform with amplification, which would take around 1 hour for set-up and soundchecks. However, if you have booked us for an event that does not need amplification, we would need only 15 mins or so to adjust to the acoustics of the venue.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Absolutely!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We have a set-list that we have worked hard to prepare on our Encore profile. We are also able to do up to 3 song requests.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

We have our own PA we can bring to your event. All we need you to provide is a power source!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Absolutely! We have a set-list that we have worked hard to prepare, however, we love to arrange new pieces and are happy to do up to 3 song requests at no extra cost.
