Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 hour before the performance time.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! All I need is a chair (without arms!)

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn I am happy to do this for you. There is a fee for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc

Ruth played cello at our wedding this summer. We were so pleased and recommend her highly. She was easy to communicate with, quick to respond and really helpful in giving us the options available to us. She found suitable backing tracks and a lovely repertoire during our mingle. She kept us included along the way and I felt confident that it would be great, and it really was. I requested two songs which she played beautifully and saved the day with a solo for me to walk in to when I arrived a bit late. Very professional, polite and an excellent cellist.
