Customer questions
Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?
Yes, the singer, who is also the lead guitarist, will always be performing with the band.
Occasionally if one of the rest of band members can't do a specific date, we have regular dep musicians that will stand in to cover this.
We always perform the highest standards as anything would be unacceptable.
Do you have different line-up options?
Our regular line up is 2 guitars, bass, keyboards and drums, with 3 of the band signing vocals.
We can also perform as a four piece band with either 2 guitars minus keyboards or 1 guitar with keyboards.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We realise that the timings of events can change at very short notice, and we have no problem adapting the timings to suit.
This happens often, especially with weddings, but we've never had a problem adapting.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Yes, of course, we have certain playlists we use for this purpose or you can provide us with your playlist and we'll play it through our system.
How much time do you need to set up?
We like to set up at least 2 hours prior to guests arriving or doors opening, whichever is first, and we can then provide back ground music, prior to the performance, to set the atmosphere.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Yes, that's not a problem at all, and we can advise you as to which songs works best in a specific party environment, although finalising the set list in plenty of time prior to the day is useful, to give us the time we need to rehearse less familiar or new songs
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes, but dependent on the size and location of the event.
For larger venues and open air locations, then additional equipment may be necessary, incurring an additional fee.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Yes, given plenty of advance warning, we can learn up to say 3 new songs, if it's within our capability.
