“Ross Morris is considered one of the most exciting of the new generation of British classical guitarists” (Western Morning News, 2021) and has been described as playing with “outstanding technique and subtle nuance” (Helly’s International Guitar Festival 2022). Currently based in Glasgow, Ross’s performing career has taken him to stages across the UK and North America, including the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity (CA), Toronto Guitar Society, YellowBarn (USA), Kings Place (London), National Gallery of Scotland, BBC Radio Scotland, Beacon Arts Centre (UK), St Giles Cathedral and Helly’s International Guitar Festival (UK). Ross has toured with Scottish National Opera (2023) and Glyndebourne Opera Company (2021). Ross studied undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with Allan Neave and previously at Chetham’s School of Music.
