I bought a violin at age 7 with my pocket money but began learning the violin at 12 years. I entered the Royal Academy at 17 years. I lead the Chamber Orchestra and was awarded the orchestral prize. on Leaving in 1969 I immediately joined the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra as a 1st violin. I later joined the WNO and the SCO. I left orchestral playing in 1980 to teach and do more ensemble work. I took up arranging and composing music in 2007 and sell works online. I became interested also in World Music and writing health scripts to music. I am about to have a children's book entitled Quest For The Golden Orchid published. And much more ...
