Robert was absolutely amazing from start to finish! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ His performance was beautiful and created such a special atmosphere. The two grooms were absolutely delighted, and one of the groom’s mums was so moved by the music that she cried. It was such an emotional and memorable moment. Robert’s customer service was exceptional. Communication before the event was excellent – he was friendly, helpful, professional and made everything so easy for us. On the day itself, he was just as wonderful – incredibly kind, approachable and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Our guests absolutely loved his performance and we received so many lovely comments about the music. Thank you so much, Robert, for being part of such an important day and for helping to make it truly unforgettable. You didn’t just provide beautiful music – you genuinely added something very special to the whole celebration. I couldn’t recommend Robert highly enough. Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Rest assured I will only ever take one booking per day, so a slippage in schedule by a few hours can be easily absorbed. If it's a change of day and I am unavailable, I have as resilience plan whereby I can check to see if my brother can substitute for me. Early communication is key.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

No.

How much time do you need to set up?

I'm always punctual and will arrive well ahead of performance time to familiarise myself with the venue and ensure your requests are met. The Great Highland Bagpipe takes about 15 minutes to warm up in a space well out of earshot of your event.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes, but I'm very much open to whatever suggestions you may have or maybe I can help find the right piece for you.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, completely self sufficient.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

As mentioned above, I'm happy to tailor the music to your needs. If it can be played on bagpipes, I can play it.
