I take a slightly different approach to your usual solo singer/guitarist. I use my knowledge of being a professional guitarist to create unique arrangements that accompanies the vocals. Performing is definitely my passion and I love every second of it. I have a higher second class BA in Professional Musicianship and have been performing from an early age. I have played many weddings, bars and other big corporate events. I recently played Manifest, a festival held in central Manchester with hundreds of people. Other music projects also take up a lot of my time. I play in a function band, and we do similar gigs. Also an originals band named Le Freekz, a pop/funk band, and had a tour late last year. I have started a library music company with a friend named STARLING MUSIC, composing and arranging music for the likes of adverts etc. 2023 has so far been my busiest year for bookings, but more certainly can't hurt!

Rob was amazing, great guitarist and singer and offered a wide song selection. We had good contact with him before the event where he answered any questions we had. Everyone commented on how good he was. Really personable and just a really lovely guy.

We recently had Rob perform for us at the Farmers Arms and what a night it was! Cracking lad and even better performer! 100% recommend

We have had Rob perform here a couple times at The Leyburn Bolton Arms, we always know it’s going to be a brilliant night! We always like bringing Rob back to get the locals up singing and making an all round amazing atmosphere in the pub! Will definitely be having him back.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

If it's a slight change that's absolutely fine! If you let me know in advance if it's a big change then I'll do everything I can to cater towards it.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually turn up to the gig around an hour before I start playing, just to give plenty of oppurtunity for a decent soundcheck and make sure everything is in order.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I have everything I need so need not worry about this!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If I already know the song then yes I can do this easily, however if I don't know the song then I would need 2 weeks notice minimum to get it learned.
