Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via my PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100.

How much time do you need to set up?

It usually takes around 30 minutes to load in and get set up. I like to be all set up and ready around 30 minutes before the first set. I provide a free playlist service before the first set to help create a good vibe before my live performance.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

In the lead up to your event I always discuss song choices with you so that we can tailor a set that will really suit the atmosphere that you'd like to create. I'm also happy to learn a few songs that aren't currently on my set list.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring a full PA system. All I need is easy access to plug sockets and shelter if playing outside, in case of bad weather.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in my song list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn, I'm happy to do this for you free of charge, dependant on the suitability of the song.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

High energy evening sets. Free DJ sets. Crowd participation. Professionalism. Laid back / sensitive ceremony & dinner performances.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Amberley Castle in West Sussex Bovey Castle in Devon Braxted Park Estate in Essex Down Hall Country House Hotel in Hertfordshire Easton Grange in Suffolk Gaynes Park in Essex Gosfield Hall in Essex Manchester Town Hall in Greater Manchester Marks Hall in Essex Santa Pod Raceway - VW Action/BugJam The Shard in Barking & Dagenham - London. ...To name a few

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Various artists. My favourite bands are Kings of Leon, Muse and Foo Fighters. Favourite solo artists are Ed Sheeran, James Bay and John Mayer.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Bristish Club - Bahrain Amalfi Coast - Italy Riga - Latvia The Shard - London

Rob played my wedding and he was very professional. He was friendly, polite & well presented and had a really professional attitude. I had the most amazing time as a bride including positive feedback from guests as he worked well with my DJ. Sound was high quality throughout the day and I was quite impressed. He was excellent value for money (you get what you pay for). I would definitely re-book Rob and we looking forward to work with him and his acoustic trio in future!!! The booking process was easy, secure and managed swiftly. 100% recommended. 10/10 Mitchelle (Happy bride)

Rob was super! The set was fun and he included songs that we had requested. He sang our first dance song and it was lovely. Rob had our guests up on the dance floor and knew exactly what to play for the audience. Many guests said how much they enjoyed the performance and how good Rob was! A real asset to our wedding day! A few addtional points I thought I would mention: - Rob arrived as agreed and the setup was seamless. - Rob was an excellent musician, friendly, polite & well presented. - Rob responded to any queries very quickly and was very accommodating during the booking process. 10/10 - Very happy.
