Riverborn

Formed in 2022, Riverborn are an exciting modern Celtic duo based in Yorkshire. Bringing you new twists on traditional Celtic instrumental music, along with "folked up" dance floor fillers that you know and love. From blistering reels to groovy jigs, leaving room for a slow waltz with your special someone, there's something to get everyone dancing in our set. Depending on your needs, Riverborn can bring you a classic traditional flute/guitar duet, or bring out our box of tricks to expand the sound with bass and percussion with just the two of us. Both of us are also professional singers if you'd like to hear your favourite Irish folk songs! After performing countless gigs together in other acts, and honing their craft in sessions around Yorkshire, Riverborn made their debut on St. Patrick's Day 2022 performing at several events throughout the week, including intimate private parties and a trendy Manchester nightclub. We always love learning new tunes so are flexible for any requests you have!
