My name is Riley Jayne, and I'm a UK-based singer-songwriter. My original music radiates honesty, hope, and emotional depth, with my sound being mellow and heartfelt - a blend of indie-folk and acoustic pop- which feels like a warm embrace. Music has been an important part of my life since before I can remember. It got me through some really hard times, and now I hope my own music can help others who may be in a similar place to where I was get through it too. Some highlights in my music career so far: having my music played on BBC Introducing, one of my songs being chosen as track of the week, and raising money for charities with my music.

Having Riley perform at our wedding contributed so much to our special day 💍 But Riley showed her professionalism from way before the day with questions, suggestions and just generally being a thoughtful human being. She was just what we wanted - a quality vocalist with a mix of original songs and amazing covers and yes the rumours are true she finished off with 30 minutes of up beat happy songs….and she seemed to enjoy it 10/10 excellent and highly recommended 👏👏👏

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I will always do my best to be flexible to help ensure the event runs exactly as you require it, so if timings happen to change slightly in the run-up, just let me know as soon as you can to allow the best chance of a successful, smooth-running change.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely, I can provide music between my sets free of charge, and if you'd like a DJ service via my PA after my final set until the venue closes, that is also available for an additional £100. I can custom-make you a playlist specifically for this if I am provided with your favourite genres, bands/artists and songs.

How much time do you need to set up?

I like to arrive and get set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as my PA is set up and I have run my sound check, on request, I can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere ready for my live performance!

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Yes, of course - as long as the piano is in working order, in tune, and I am informed in advance, then I'm happy to play on it!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

My set lists are pre-made and crafted from countless performances and learning what works to ensure your guests have the best experience possible. However, I am definitely happy to chat through this and make sure we find what works for your event :)

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes, absolutely! I will bring my own instrument to play.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included on my song list, there may still be a chance I already know it. However, if you'd like to request a song and I don't know it, I am more than happy to learn it for you, at an extra fee of £30 (per song). This is a paid add-on to take into account extra rehearsal times, etc :)
