Hi, I am a Professional Vocalist, Guitarist and DJ with 20 Years experience performing at Weddings, Birthdays and corporate events. My main aim at any show is to keep the crowd on their feet dancing and singing along with songs ranging from current crowd pleaser`s Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Jesse Glynn, Zayn to classic favourite`s by Coldplay, Oasis, The Killers, Queen, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, George Micheal, David Bowie, Rod Stewart, Kylie, Madonna, Arctic Monkeys, Michael Buble and Take That. I am always willing to learn a new song for a show at your request. I do also like to discuss the set with clients before hand to ensure the right songs are chosen and the right tone is set for your event. For your event I am also able to DJ and/or provide a Karaoke service for your guests if required, using pro digital lighting. Equipment I use all professional top of the range lighting and PA at my shows to ensure optimal sound and spectacular visual effects using digital lighting.

Rick was an absolute super star for our party. In advance of it we discussed his huge set list for the songs to include. He was so easy to communicate with at all times. On the evening he was so flexible in terms of timings, songs to suit the mood and even let my son accompany him on guitar. Rick massively over delivered for us and we couldn’t recommend more highly for your event.

Fortunately we have known Rick for several years so he was the first person we thought of to DJ our wedding party because he has excellent taste in music. He gave us the freedom to request the songs and genres we wanted played and he tailored his set to accommodate our taste. Myself and my husband are big fans of metal music so we were pleased Rick managed to fit in a couple of the essential metal songs that we wanted at the perfect time in the evening. Ourselves and our guests absolutely loved dancing to the music Rick played, there were several bangers we had not heard in years that were really fun to sing and dance along to. We would recommend Rick as a DJ for any party, you will not be disappointed!

Me and Philippa couldn’t have asked for more when booking Rick for our wedding, ease of booking, fantastic performance, and just such a nice guy! From the first email conversation we had, Rick was perfect, he was so flexible with all the elements we had regarding our wedding, with it being on a boat he was more than happy to set up early and adjust his equipment to fit our needs. As for the night itself, he interacted with our wedding party with such ease and everyone had the best time during his sets, great voice and the atmosphere was exactly what we had in mind. What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service after the final set until the venue closes, I can also provide this at £75 per hour.

How much time do you need to set up?

45 mins - 1 hour set up time. Depending on how much lighting i will be using.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes of course.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes i bring all equipment.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Please request this at the time of booking and if i feel i can do the song justice, I will.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

I have been told by past clients that they really enjoy my singing style and song choices which are a mixture of dancefloor classics and modern Pop/Rock hits. I always get comments on the quality of the sound and lighting. At my shows I use a top of the range Bose PA as well as digital lighting including lasers on request.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

As a performer of 25 years i have have been fortunate to play all over the world as a solo performer and part of a band. Countries i have played, UK, Germany, France, Italy, America and Thailand.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I am influenced by a wide range of music from the 60s to present day. I love guitar music mainly, but i am also partial to a touch of classical.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Most high profile gig was playing at the O2 wireless festival in 2007. We shared the bill with The White Stripes, Kaiser Chiefs, Calvin Harris and Plan B.
