Hello, I am a versatile professional musician able to play piano/keys, bass, and drums. My preferred styles are soul, funk, Motown, Latin, pop, reggae, Hip-hop. I regularly perform( on a weekly basis) solo, with bands across the country and Europe... I have a residency as a jazz pianist at the Ivy Brasserie in Winchester but have performed in the other branches in London. I have also worked for various companies, agencies and I have done a lot of private functions. I am fully insured and all my equipment has been PAT tested.

That was an amazing performance. All the guests were complimenting on Renes's piano skills and choice of tunes. He was very professional in his presentation throughout the performance and was very helpful too. My sister even commented on how smartly dressed he was. Not only was the band absolutely amazing, seriously talented professional musicians and a really slick funky sound that will really get your party going, but also Grace and Ben honestly could not have been more helpful. They took the time to really understand what we wanted and talked us through all the options and their recommendations for our party and I have to say they were absolutely spot on. The evening was brilliant and we had so many comments about how good the band was. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know and we will try to find a compromise wherever possible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100. Note that

How much time do you need to set up?

It depends on whether you need a solo piano service, a duo, a trio, or more. Our set up takes about between 30 minutes to 1 hour before the performance time. As soon as our equipment is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Yes, of course - as long as the piano is in working order, in tune and good enough for what I need to play at a professional standard, then I'm happy to play on it!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event, wherever doable. ”

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own instrument to play. Where applicable, the rest of the band does so as well.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn I am happy to do this for you (if it is possible). There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times, etc...
