Remi started playing french horn at the age of 7. After graduating in Business in Lyon he decided to focus only on music. He studied in France with Patrice Petitdidier and Philippe Breas. He started studying at the Royal College of Music in London in September 2013 with professors Nigel Black, Timothy Jones, John Ryan and Jeff Bryant and graduated in July 2017. He is currently a postgraduate student. At the RCM he performed under the direction of conductors such as Bernard Haitink, Juraj Valčuha and Nicholas Chollon. Remi has performed with the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra where is currently on trial for the 5th horn position, the Philharmonia Orchestra, the Orchestre de Cannes (his hometown) and alongside the London Symphony Orchestra (Gianandrea Noseda conducting) at the Festival d’Aix 2013. Remi has won the 3rd price at the French Horn Society (AFC) in Reims in 2011. Since September 2016 he is a member of the Orchestra Giovanile L.Cherubini (Italy) conducted by Riccardo Muti. Remi is currently a Soirée d’Or Scholar at the RCM
