Reece Dobbin

Reece is a 22 year old drummer and educator based in Central Scotland with over 10 years of experience touring, teaching and studio sessions. Reece began honing his craft in the early days of secondary school where his passion for music evolved. He has worked with different artists, playing gigs and festivals up and down the UK, since the age of 15. This has helped shape his drumming identity. His first serious break into his local music scene came at an early age with experienced Dunfemline band, ‘Moonlight Zoo’. He was able to gain regular studio experience, play major UK festivals (such as, the Isle of Wight Festival and TRNSMT), as well as travelling to play in the USA for the first time. The band performed in New York as part of the Hard Rock Cafe’s global Battle of the Band’s competition, which they went on to win. Reece’s current main gig is with Indie Rock band ‘Dancing on Tables’ with whom he has recorded with Grammy award winning producers, gained lots of touring experience and played arena support shows with Catfish and The Bottlemen and more major festivals across the UK. 2021 is set to be an exciting year for Reece with the return of live music, along with more studio work and his continued work with drum students.
