graduated in 2000 from Birmingham Conservatoire, where she performed with Mid Wales Opera . A member of the National Youth Choir in the 1990s, she took part in a Pacific tour. Moving to London, she performed roles such as Gretel and Musetta with City Opera and obtained a place on The Knack in 2002/3, an ENO Baylis course run by Mary King. After time off to start a family, Rebecca joined Kentish Opera, performed the role of Olga Merry Widow, and covered the roles of Dama Macbeth and Flora La Traviata, she was also Bachhis La Belle Hellene and will be Lola for their April production of Cavalleria Rusticana. Rebecca has also played Countess Ceprano for Matchbox Opera’s Rigoletto, as well as Micaëla in their 2016 production of Carmen. Rebecca joined Midsummer Opera in 2017, and covered the role of Nora for their production of Riders to the Sea.
