James Emmett’s Ragtime Revellers are one of the South Coast’s leading traditional jazz bands, delivering an authentic New Orleans sound with youthful energy, outstanding musicianship and plenty of personality. Formed in 2012, the band has entertained audiences at prestigious jazz festivals, gala dinners, weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across the UK. Inspired by legendary groups including Firehouse Five Plus Two and Tuba Skinny, their repertoire spans the 1910s to the 1940s, performed in period-style attire with all the charm, excitement and spontaneity of the golden age of jazz.
