I have played the cello for many musicians including Muse, Michael Bublé, Andrea Bocelli, Sinéad O'Connor and many more. Music has taken me all around the world and it is my passion to bring music into people's lives. Highlights include playing at the Brit Awards, the Royal Variety Performance and venues such as the o2 and Wembley Stadium, and being nominated for a Grammy. My solo act is a perfect way to immediately elevate the atmosphere for any occasion. If you want to get your guests going, there is also the option of an upbeat and energetic electric set. It would be a privilege to be a part of your special day.

We booked Rachel to play at our wedding on 5 October in Surrey, and she was absolutely fantastic. Rachel played so beautifully and captured the energy we envisaged for the day. I walked down the aisle to Rachel playing ‘One Day Like This’ by Elbow and it was so joyful and emotional. Rachel also played during our drinks reception, and it created such a lovely atmosphere for our guests. Rachel was also so helpful and responsive from the beginning – we had no idea what music we wanted, so Rachel made a Spotify playlist with suggestions based on the type of music we like and guided us through the process. We would 100% recommend Rachel, and we are so grateful to her for making our day so special.

The set up is myself on the cello. If required I can do a vocal set accompanied with cello as well.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

If timings change, I can do my best to accommodate if told in advance.

How much time do you need to set up?

30-45 minutes to set up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

I am happy to work with you to create your perfect set list.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes I will bring all the equipment.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes I can do my best to learn specific song requests. If it is something very obscure there may be an added charge for this.
