Rosie Miles

Rosie Miles is a 22 year old singer based in Leeds who performs a great variety of Jazz, Pop, Soul & Folk, accompanying herself either on the guitar or piano. Drawing influence from Joni Mitchell, Lianne La Havas and Nina Simone, her music sits somewhere between the worlds of Folk, Jazz & Soul. As well as writing and performing her own music, she brings her unique tone and style to well-loved tunes of the past and present. Since moving north in 2018 to study Jazz at Leeds Conservatoire, she has been involved in lots of musical projects, frequently playing in the Leeds DIY music scene and across the UK. She has played at many weddings and events across the Yorkshire area and her experience in a wide range of musical genres means she can tailor her set list and style to suit your needs. She can play guitar or piano (or both!) to accompany herself or can enlist the support of other musicians to create a larger band (e.g. Jazz trio, soul duo).
