Born and bred in the Essex countryside, Redpeppa spent her teens dancing in muddy fields and listening to vinyls with her parents. Redpeppa has since travelled the world the world and finding inspiration from a range of cultures and music styles. She is a multi genre DJ with a dynamic taste in music, but is mostly known for her hypnotic blends of house, disco, tech & oldskool 90s rave - infused with soul, jazz and funk. Heavily influenced by the 80s/90s underground scene and the ethos and roots of house music in Chicago; Redpeppas energy and sound is irresistibly funky and feel-good! Her beats are guaranteed to get you grooving. As well as a her work as a DJ, Redpeppa is a visual artist, performer, trainee therapist and member of the LGBTQ+ community. She is passionate about the dancefloor being a space to unite, liberate and heal.
