In addition to their talents on their instruments, the boys sing impressive harmonies and further elevate their sound by incorporating modern technologies such as drum triggers, MIDI-controlled Kempers and high quality backing tracks - just like all of your favourite modern pop artists! Couple this with their industry-leading, fully-programmed lighting rig and you have a spectacle that, in the past, wouldn’t have been possible without a large ensemble of musicians and a lighting engineer. What’s more is that all of this is included as standard with your booking! With Pop The Top you can expect to hear party anthems and huge sing-alongs from the last 70 years! From Elvis to Oasis and all the way to Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa, they create the perfect setlist for your event to keep everyone glued to the dancefloor, and what’s more is you get to help design it! Pop The Top creates bespoke setlists for every event based on your musical preferences. Just tell us the kinds of music and bands you like and they’ll tailor the setlist to you, picking songs from their massive 300+ song repertoire. Additionally, they’re more than happy to learn your first dance free of charge! All that’s left is for you to sit back and watch your event become the talking point of your friends for years to come! All three members of Pop The Top are highly-trained musicians, completing degrees in music from the universities of Southampton and BIMM Bristol. They’ve played at hundreds of weddings, corporate events and parties together over the last five years as well as writing and recording their own music in their spare time. Needless to say, their vast experience and skill is just one of the reasons they can bring you the ultimate live music experience. A standard booking includes two hours of live music, DJ service, their industry-leading lighting rig and if you like, they’ll learn a first dance or special song for you free of charge. Pop The Top are a completely self contained band, bringing their own PA and sound system, so all they need from you on the day is 2 standard 13A plug sockets (normal UK plug sockets) to give them power. They also offer an optional extra one-hour afternoon acoustic set as a solo, duo or trio. This is the perfect addition for your drinks reception! Pop The Top are fully PAT and PLI certified and are more than happy to send certifications to your venue if they require them.
