Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We aim to perform with the line-up from our videos as much as possible. However, occasionally due to illness or other commitments it is necessary to source dep musicians from our professional network.

Do you have different line-up options?

Our core line-up is Vocals, Keys, Bass & Drums. We also offer the addition of saxophone and are able to source further musicians from our professional network if desired.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Please let us know of any changes to timings - we will aim to accommodate reasonable requests at no extra charge but if the changes require an altered arrival/departure time then we may need to charge to cover costs.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can facilitate an plugging an iPod into our P.A. before and between sets. It is usually preferable to source alternative arrangements for this following our sets as we may need to leave the site for travel arrangements etc.

How much time do you need to set up?

We aim to arrive on site at least 1 hour prior to performance, but can arrange earlier arrival on request.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We like to keep our sets varied and flexible to respond to the atmosphere in the room, but please mention any songs you'd particularly like to hear!

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

All P.A. equipment is included up to a party size of ~150 guests. For larger events it may be necessary to hire in larger equipment and / or lighting
