About PianoTALK: Alan is the resident pianist at Dovecliff Hall, and former resident pianist of 12 years at Hoar Cross Hall in Staffordshire, Chillington Hall and Branston Pavillion. He regularly plays for weddings throughout the country and was previously ‘Bride Magazine’s’ recommended wedding pianist. His music has been played on BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 Television on shows such as the ‘One Show,’ ‘Countryfile,’ ‘Natural World,’ and ‘UEFA Champions League,’ as well as Netflix Series ‘Away,’ ‘ShowTIME’ Series ‘HappyISH’ and ‘Lionsgate’ Series ‘Zoe’s Extraordinary Playlist.’ Alan has also represented ‘BBC Radio 3’ at ‘Latitude Festival’ on the ‘BBC Introducing Stage,’ hosted by Georgia Mann-Smith, and has featured as composer of the week on BBC Radio 3, also having music regularly played on BBC Radio 3’s ‘Piano Focus’ and ‘Sleeping Forecast.’ Alan has played at over 200 weddings throughout the UK and has an expansive repertoire from Pop to Classical. His background music fits in beautifully to create a relaxed atmosphere for you and your guests throughout the day.
