Phil was an excellent choice to play at our wedding and made the day complete. His relaxed and warm nature made us feel at ease. Phil sang and played various genres. He even went out of his way and continued to sing past the required time too. He kept the wedding guests entertained and created some fun memories we will remember forever.

"Phil is a really nice guy and an exceptionally talented musician with the remarkable ability to play just about anything. His technical skills and musical creativity are evident in every performance. He played acoustic guitar at our wedding, effortlessly delivering a perfect mix of tunes, even with some of our more unusual requests. He captured the vibe of the day perfectly and flawlessly handled all the requests from guests on the first try. We highly recommend Phil, he's an outstanding musician and we've been telling everyone about him! He even at played at my sister’s wedding too"

Customer questions

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed at hundreds of venues across the UK and abroad including bars, restaurants, clubs, live music venues, and festivals. It would be impossible to name them all, but highlights for me included Cork Opera House, Soundwave Festival in Croatia, The Brudenell in Leeds, and St. James's Church Piccadilly.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Playing at Soundwave alongside the likes of Mr Scruff, Andraea Triana and Craig Charles. Selling out Cork Opera house with a Frankie Valli band. Astraea (You're Not Alone etc.) at St James's Church London.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I’ll always try and be as flexible as possible provided it doesn’t clash with another booking. But I usually find there’s a way around most timing changes.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can. I can provide Spotify playlists with crossfade. Feel free to send your own playlist link and I can do that. Alternatively, for a fee, I can bring decks and DJ for an extra £100.

How much time do you need to set up?

Depending on the lineup it can be between 30 and 90 minutes. But I usually like an hour to make sure everything is perfect and there’s no rushing.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Of course! Provided they are suitable to perform in someway with the line up of either just me or a band. Generally I will tailor a set list to the event, but happy to put some additional requests in to personalize it for you.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Absolutely. I will always bring professional standard instruments and sound gear.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If I already know it that’s fine yes. I will also do a first dance for example at no extra cost. After this, we will have to discuss as it takes time to learn and practice new songs that I haven’t heard before for example.
