Lindsay & Paul serve up a raucous, foot-stomping cocktail of Irish Folk and English Indie—a sound that’s as smooth as a pint of stout and as lively as a Saturday night singalong. The set is a crowd-pleasing mix of classic Irish tunes, beloved folk anthems, and folky twists on modern hits, guaranteed to get the room singing, dancing and smiling. If there’s a crowd to entertain, we’re there to deliver. After all, as the legendary Shane MacGowan once said, “There’s nothing to be gained by a wet thing called a tear.” Altogether, Lindsay & Paul will play over 80 gigs, festivals, and private parties this year, covering much of the UK. Few groups of musicians enjoy performing as much as we do, and we can’t wait to come and play for you.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

Great songs, good nature and humour. Also, we very professional, always on time and will always do our best to make sure everyone has an awesome time.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

This last year we will have played over 100 gigs in one form another. Mostly pub and clubs. But we also played 3 Weddings, 4 Birthday Parties. and 5 Festivals.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

The Pogues, The Dubliners, The Housemartins and many others

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Headlined Sunday Feast on the Downs in Bristol 2025.

Do you have different line-up options?

We also play as a trio, 4 piece and 5 piece. If you want to know more just drop us a line.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We're pretty flexible we're timings, just let us know as soon as you can if anything changes.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes no problems with that we even have a tame DJ that we can deploy if required.

How much time do you need to set up?

Set up takes about an hour at most.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes we can.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes. We'll do our best to play any song you'd like us to play. I'd say three would be our limit just to cater for practice time to make sure we do great versions of you songs
