Paul is a singer and multi instrumentalist who has toured the world with his music. Originally playing private functions, he was then in a band who ended up in an Italian film directed by Oscar winning film director Paolo Sorrentino, which was shot in Switzerland. The film included Michael Caine and Harvey Keitel (amongst others) and was a huge hit in Europe. After the film's successes, the band toured Europe with Simply Red and released an album with Universal music in Germany which was album of the week on national German radio stations! Paul has played gigs to sell out audiences in arenas and theatres across Europe. He worked on the worlds only private residential mega-yacht (called 'The World) touring across the south Pacific. He is used to working in Michelin star hotels as well as working with clients in both the corporate world and at at private parties and events. He also regularly plays gigs in venues around Manchester solo and with the bands he is involved with. He can play a huge repertoire of cover songs from across the decades and genres. He has a laid back singing style, and is an ideal addition to any event that has lovers of real music. Paul also offers a highly interactive 'live music quiz' which is ideal for corporate events. Paul hosts this quiz at several venues around Manchester and he can personalise the quiz for private events. It's a really engaging quiz that can transform an event. Paul is extremely professional and has performed at 500+ events since turning professional over 15 years ago. He is also a sound engineer and producer, he is completely self contained with PA and equipment for all events. Equally, he is more than happy to work with an AV team at bigger events.

Not only is he a very talented guitarist/singer, but he is diligent with his work, creating new material each month for our Live Music Quiz, which always fills the venue. Paul is warm and friendly, with an excellent rapport with staff and customers. He is punctual and reliable with times which makes planning events so much easier on our end. I have worked in the entertainment industry for years with household names, and Paul is up their with the best of them. I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough!

Live Music Quiz

A unique and completely bespoke Live Music quiz tailored to the guests at your event. This is a 2 hour quiz with 7 rounds, hosted and planned meticulously. The quiz is extremely interactive and brings guests together to have fun and collaborate. I can tailor the questions to who is attending the event (decades, genres, artists etc).

What do your clients love most about your performances?

I'm told I have a very soothing voice that is extremely versatile. I set the tone to an event with my solo performances that is professional and authentic.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have played at hundreds of venues ranging from The Tak Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai, to Red Square in Moscow, The World residential Megayacht. I've played in large stadiums across Europe and private house gigs. I've played at football stadiums like Wembley and Old Trafford, established music venues like Pizza Express and Band On The Wall.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Live playing, the highest profile was supporting Simply Red in 10K+ venues across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Recording, I worked with Danton Supple (Coldplay etc) in a top studio in London. Also appearing in a film with Michael Caine and on a stage in Paris with 100 piece orchestra to a sell out theatre crowd!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We'll be in constant contact leading up to your event, so I'm more than happy to be flexible. I usually only book one gig per day as I like to make myself free for any changes that might happen last minute.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Happy to provide playlists to put on in between sets. I use spotify for this, so we can collaborate on the songs before the event and download them into my device (so no streaming is required).

How much time do you need to set up?

30 minutes for my solo set up.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Absolutely. The list I have on encore is full of songs I love to play, so I'm fine for you to go through and make me a set list for the event!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

I bring all equipment with me. A full PA with mics and instruments. If you need a wireless mic for speeches to go through my system, this is absolutely fine, just let me know when booking if you require something like this.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

I include 2 new songs learnt for any booking. I'm happy to learn more at a fee of £20 per song.
