Oscar Pelly

Oscar is a passionate and accomplished jazz pianist, currently studying at the University of Bristol. Having began playing jazz 10 years ago, studying under teachers from Guildhall and the RCM, Oscar has since played with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and the National Youth Jazz Collective, and is currently the conductor of Bristol University's Big Band, as well as an organiser of Bristol's biggest weekly jazz jam night. He has performed in Big Bands at prestigious venues such as Cadogan Hall, Pizza Express Soho, Woolwich Works, and Bristol Beacon, but is most at home as a soloist or in small groups. Oscar has a wealth of experience providing accompaniment for events, including birthday parties, weddings, corporate events and conferences.
