One Way Or Another It’s Blondie

I studied at Northumbria university, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, gaining a 1st class BA Degree in Music in 2013. During my time residing in the UK, I performed as a front woman to a 5 piece rock covers band mainly on weekends building up experience as a live performer and I also worked as a vocal coach for Gateshead College. Once qualifying with my degree, I decided to turn my hobby into my main career and relocated to Tenerife in 2016 to work as a full time entertainer. The move inspired me to always aim high and you will achieve your dreams. Hard work, determination and always aspiring to challenge myself as a performer has equipped me with the knowledge and experience to now take Blondie back to the UK where I will relocate in March 2025. I’ve performed a tribute to Debbie Harry and Blondie for 8.5 years, working between Tenerife and the UK, and performed over 4000 shows during this time. The show is divided into 2 45 minute sets, both sets telling a story of Debbie Harry’s life through her music. The set lists include all 6 UK number one hit singles, along with her biggest releases over a 40 year career. I am trained in sound, stage management and have years of performance experience which reflects in my tribute both on and off the stage. I have studied Blondie in great depth to create a captivating show from start to finish, ensuring the crowd are involved in each performance. Along with her timeless music, each of my performances capture the essence of the Debbie Harry punk rock attitude and stage presence, while showcasing replicas of her iconic costumes and biggest hits throughout the decades paired with replica vocals. My hard work has gained me loyal and encouraging fans who have been nominated as ‘Best Tribute Act’ in Tenerife for 5 consecutive years. I have also performed some of Tenerife’s biggest venues such as Castillo San Miguel to an audience of over 900 people and I have also recently performed at ‘Auditorio Infanta Leonor’, which is a 700 capacity Theatre in Tenerife. These performances were the highlight of my Blondie career and gave me the experience of performing on large stage platforms to a big audience. I also perform a show called ‘Zoe Leigh’, and have been performing between Tenerife and the UK in restaurants, bars, hotels and theatres. My show includes a repertoire of over 500 songs from different decades and genres to be suited to any venue and audience. Consisting of rock, pop, soul, motown and disco, the show can be divided into 3 45 minute sets featuring classic hits from the 60’s onwards, audience participation and high quality vocals and stage presence. I conduct each show with professionalism and high energy which entertains and pleases any audience. I have performed at Newcastle City Hall with Bonnie Tyler, The Sage Gateshead and venues of a similar capacity in Tenerife. Each show is diverse, crowd pleasing and ensures the audience are involved from start to finish.
