I studied at Northumbria university, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England, gaining a 1st class BA Degree in Music in 2013. During my time residing in the UK, I performed as a front woman to a 5 piece rock covers band mainly on weekends building up experience as a live performer and I also worked as a vocal coach for Gateshead College. Once qualifying with my degree, I decided to turn my hobby into my main career and relocated to Tenerife in 2016 to work as a full time entertainer. My show is titled ‘Zoe Leigh’, and I have been performing in Tenerife in restaurants, bars, hotels and theatres for the last 9 years and have now relocated back to Sunderland, UK to further my career! My show includes a repertoire of over 500 songs from different decades and genres to be suited to any venue and audience. Consisting of rock, pop, soul, motown and disco, the show can be divided into 3 45 minute sets featuring classic hits from the 60’s onwards, audience participation and high quality vocals and stage presence. I conduct each show with professionalism and high energy which entertains and pleases any audience. I have performed at Newcastle City Hall with Bonnie Tyler, The Sage Gateshead and venues of a similar capacity in Tenerife. Each show is diverse, crowd pleasing and ensures the audience are involved from start to finish. The show is tailor made to suit any venue and audience. I ensure each show is structured to perfectly suit the event booked and direct my song choices towards the event! Alongside my decades show, I also perform a tribute to Blondie. This show is rehearsed and perfected to showcase the Debbie Harry punk rock attitude with replica costumes, stage presence and vocals. My tribute act is authentic to Blondie and has been recently awarded ‘Tenerife’s Best Tribute Act’. This award was voted for by fellow entertainers and the public who supported and championed my show as it grew over a 9 year period. I have also recently launched a tribute to Lady Gaga - Haus Of Gaga. The show is as eccentric as the lady herself. Replica costumes, fully choreographed music and high energy from start to finish. Featuring original Gaga songs from earlier albums such as The Fame, and progressing to 2025 release Abracadabra. The show is a tribute to her fashion, her outrageous lyric writing and timeless music.

This would include 2 45 minute sets from myself and background music provided by myself to be played before and after the show, and during my break! Whether you would like an upbeat party vibe with classic hits throughout the decades to fill the dance floor, or if you’d prefer set lists specific to one genre or decade, or even an acoustic chilled vibe, I can cater for you! My repertoire is disposable to you and if you have any specific requirements and requests please let me know, as I am willing to learn a couple of songs for you to ensure you have the most special birthday! All of my PA system is set up prior to the event starting and I am happy to play background music post event for up to 30 minutes. Drinks reception2 hours

During your drinks reception I would perform 2 45 minute sets of a set list which was specific chosen by the wedding party. The PA system is set up and sound checked prior to the reception beginning and background music of your choice is played both before and after my performances, and also during my break. Whether you are looking for a chilled vibe at the reception, or something a little more upbeat I am happy to cater for you. You would be assisting me every step of the way in song choices and ideas as I’d want to ensure you have exactly in mind what you wish for! Again, if you have any specific requests and I don’t have the music in my repertoire please don’t hesitate to let me know and I am willing to learn a couple of songs which are important to the happy couple! Wedding ceremony2 hours

This package includes music before the service begins, music during the signing of the register, and music as guests leave. This price package also includes setting up the PA prior to guests arrival to cause minimum disruption. If booked, from the date of the booking I am there to assist in the music and work alongside the couple to ensure they are beyond happy with the music and singing at there wedding. I would be with you every step of the way to create a perfect playlist. Every piece of music (from myself singing to background music) will be specifically chosen by the bride and wedding party and even though some of the tracks may already be in my repertoire, if not and you have a special song or two in mind, please let me know and I am willing to learn your special requests for your perfect day. Wedding ceremony + Drinks reception + Dinner2 hours

- Music before the service begins, music during the signing of the register, and music as guests leave. - 2 x 45 min performances at the drinks reception. - 2 x 45 min performances as dinner is being served. As stated above, this package is for the duration of the wedding day. Each piece of the wedding from ceremony, to drinks reception to evening meal would be catered for. I would set up and pack down the PA system quickly and efficiently always being fully sound checked at each stage of the day so when guests entered any of the receptions I would be already playing music for there entrance. All music would be discussed with the wedding party prior to the wedding day. Each set would include songs chosen by you to ensure each piece of music is special to you. If you have any special requests which aren’t already included in my repertoire, please let me know as I’d be willing to learn a couple of songs specifically for you. I’d be happy from the date of booking to the date of event assist you in any way musically to ensure you know exactly which songs and which styles of music will be included in all of the shows. What do your clients love most about your performances?

Working as a tribute artist, it is important to pay close attention to detail to ensure customers have the best experience of my show. I take time to mimic Debbie Harrys vocal qualities, while also studying live performance videos to replicate her unique performance style and stage presence. I stay true to character during my whole performance!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I am particularly influenced by 70's and 80's rock bands such as Blondie, Heart, Roxette, Queen, AC/DC. The bands above release amazing music alongside unforgettable live performances which I take into consideration when performing Blondie. The high energy, the adrenaline and the want to make customers happy and invested in my performance.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

While performing in the UK as myself under the name 'Zoe Leigh', I was honoured to work alongside Lorraine Crosby and Bonnie Tyler at Newcastles City Hall. The experience was unbelievable and I was able to sing with one of the biggest worldwide stars. As Blondie, Castillo San Miguel, Tenerife was my biggest performance to 900 people as a headline show.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Being flexible and understanding in this situation is key, therefore, with notice a timing change regarding an agreed performance will not be a problem!

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely! 1 hour prior to the event and during set lists, I am able to play background music free of charge which is in keeping with the show I am performing. With Blondie, I would keep the music in between sets to a 70's and 80's theme so the event has a consistent pattern from start to finish!

How much time do you need to set up?

I like to arrive at a venue 1hour30mins before the show takes place. 30 minutes to familiarise myself with the surroundings and 1 hour to set up equipment. While I use the behind stage area to prepare myself for the show, I will provide a playlist of music so guests have music to listen too before my show begins.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Being a tribute, I have a specific amount of songs which can be performed, however, my set list for Blondie is always accessible and I am more than happy to work with any customer to feature there favourite song or adapt my set list to a customers preference! I always try to accommodate to the customers needs so they have a wonderful time at my show!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! I provide the full back line to my performances!

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Please feel free to ask me about any song in which you would like to hear (Blondie, of course). My tribute show contains 25 of Blondies biggest hits, however, if you do have a specific favourite piece please let me know in advance and I will be able to add the song into the show for you!
