Music has always been at the heart of my life — growing up in a family of performers in Essex, I was immersed in creativity and the joy of live expression from a young age. It wasn’t just about playing notes; it was about telling stories, connecting with people, and creating moments that linger long after the music stops. That passion led me to study Performing Arts at the University of Essex, where I honed my technical skills and learned to understand music not only as performance, but as an experience that shapes emotion and atmosphere. After moving to Wales, I began my professional journey, performing in hotels, restaurants, and private venues. These early gigs taught me how to read a room, engage an audience, and adapt my playing to a wide variety of settings — from intimate acoustic performances to lively evening celebrations. Over time, I became known for my ability to craft sophisticated, soulful performances that feel effortless yet deeply polished, earning me a reputation as a musician who brings more than sound — I bring atmosphere, emotion, and style. What sets my act apart is the attention to detail and the bespoke nature of every performance. I take the time to work with each client, curating song choices that are meaningful to them, learning new tracks where needed, and shaping the energy of the set to match the ebb and flow of the event. Whether it’s 3–6 songs during a wedding ceremony, a 60-minute drinks reception set, or two high-energy 45-minute evening performances, I ensure that every moment is musical storytelling — from subtle, emotional pieces to full, soulful renditions that get guests singing along. I often add an alternative twist to classic or contemporary songs, incorporating acoustic versions of Foo Fighters or Nirvana tracks, bringing a modern, rock-inspired edge to sophisticated events. Performing highlights include being part of some of the most meaningful moments in people’s lives, particularly weddings. One of my most memorable gigs was performing at one of my closest friend’s weddings — being trusted to soundtrack such a significant day reminded me why I do what I do: creating moments that people will remember for the rest of their lives. Beyond personal highlights, I’ve developed a reputation among clients for my ability to adapt seamlessly throughout an event, maintaining professionalism while also fostering connection and joy in every performance.
