I am a self motivated , passionate and experienced performer... With a love for music and entertainment. I thrive on the energy from the crowd and strive to give my audience a night of great live music from a range of genres.... I can perform either with backing tracks or live musicians, Nigel Walton live at the Empire Banquet hall Leicester 3rd, 9th,10th16th,16th December 2016. Professional vocalist ,compare ,host, for all your cooperate events and entertainment venues. Nigel first sang at his Isle of Man school at an early age as Prince Birdsong singing Green Sleeves. He also recited poetry there every Wednesday afternoon. In no time he was acting, winning trophies and accolades along the way. In his teens he appeared in many roles including The Man Who Came to Dinner at the Gaiety Theatre, Isle of Man. As a younger man he relocated to the Netherlands, where out of the blue he was discovered singing in a Haarlem Jazz bar by Jose Koning, a professional Latin American singer who invited him to her home for a private audition. She encouraged him to pursue his love of singing which lead him to train and work with the Amsterdam Podium Kunst in 2000 with Annelisa Post and Alexandra Van Marken. He later secured his first professional engagement with the Glenn Miller Tribute Orchestra at the Amsterdam Hilton, later appearing in the Elvis Presley Exhibition at the Rai, Amsterdam, followed briefly by an appearance in the Dutch news media singing in Memories from Elvis. Nigel also had two candlelight concerts in his then home town of Hillegom accompanied by Christan Grotenbreg, the celebrated pianist and composer who has famously collaborated with Randy Crawford and Madeline Bell among others. Now back in the UK, professionally tutored by Chloe Jean Bishop at the Digbeth Music Academy in Birmingham, and now studying in London with Robert Bicknell, the TV and voice coach he continues to pursue his love of singing and entertaining whenever and wherever he can. A huge thanks to Nigel for his last minute acceptance and his performance which was great, everyone loved it so much we decided to leave the disco we had planned later on and carry on. He interacts with the guests and he even allowed us to sing a few tunes as a karaoke although he sounded way better than our offerings. Before the event he asked me what she would like to hear with a list of songs and it really made her night. Thank You Again, having a live singer over a disco has to be better as guests who she hadn't seen in a while could chat and catch up. (10 / 10) Jason Allen

have both of Nigel's CDs and have seen him live a few times too. His latest CD accompanies me to and from work most days and even though I have had it for a couple of years now, I have never tired of it in my car and will probably only replace it with Nigel's newest CD.
