Nicolas has travelled all over the country to play principal, sub-principal and bass trombone with the English Schools Orchestra, the Trinity Laban Symphony, Wind, Concert and Sinfonia Orchestras, Boston Sinfonia, London City Orchestra and many more. He has toured with these orchestras around Europe as a member of the orchestras but also as a soloist performing the Rimsky-Korsakov Trombone Concerto which was broadcast on BBC Radio Lincolnshire.
Nicolas has also played with many modern groups such as the Trinity Laban Contemporary Jazz Ensemble, King`s College London Big Band and Let`s Hang On. He plays with many chamber groups as well on Tenor and Bass trombone, most recently Thames Brass Quintet and the GMT Brass Dectet.
As an educator, Nicolas has given many workshops in schools around South East London and Lincolnshire. He has also worked with Bromley Youth Concert Orchestra and Lincolnshire Music Service, helping students learn about ensemble playing and individual technique/solo playing.
Currently studying at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.
