Nicola is a contemporary musician from Sydney Australia who has always had a passion for singing and performing. She grew up singing and would always take any opportunity she could find to perform. What started out as Musicals, Choirs, Eisteddfods and Busking in Cronulla has gradually turned into a career of performing in Weddings, Corporate events and Private functions all over NSW. What she finds most fulfilling is having the power to bring to life the artist's emotions in a way that is captivating to the audience. After being on Guy Sebastian's team on The Voice in 2022, Nicola got to showcase her talents and fall deeper into the world of music. Nicola is currently studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Her Contemporary music course mixed with Music Education has helped her musical skills grow, as well as her love for teaching. Nicola also loves songwriting and has recently started releasing music! Nicola’s voice is ever evolving but she would identify herself as a Pop/ Indie / R&B with influencers being Ariana Grande, Billie Elish, Olivia Rodrigo and Whitney Houston.

Nicola was outstanding. Her voice is beautiful with a special quality to it. Her range is versatile and her repertoire of songs is very wide. She turned out to be the perfect choice for my birthday party held in a medium sized restaurant (seating around 60 people), that included people of different ages and music tastes. As requested, she organised a duo with another guitarist for the night - Nick and together they made the evening. They managed the sound level just right for the venue. Nicola was professional, friendly and easy to work with. She was extremely accommodating with all the song choices we requested and I was also thrilled to hear the requested music I asked her to play over the sound system in the breaks. I would highly recommend her for any event.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My clients love that I deliver warm and personalised performances. I am versatile, punctual and genuinely love that I do!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed in most venues in Sydney! I have don't weddings and corporate events in venues like Sydney Opera House and Sydney Taronga Zoo. I've also don't original shows at Factory Theatre Marrickville.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

My favourite singer is Ariana Grande! I love all the pop ladies like Sabrina Carpenter and Zara Larson. I draw inspiration from their vocals in my runs and harmonies.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I was on TV when I performed on The Voice Australia in 2022!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know beforehand and I'll let you know if it's possible.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free. You are welcome to send me a Spotify playlist you'd like me to play for optimal vibes!

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Of course, feel free to send me your favourite artists and songs from the setlist!

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes! I provide a 1 speaker PA system. It is portable and battery powered. For a bigger venue, bigger speakers will be required. Happy to discuss hire rates.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc
