Nick Wyatt is a professional London-based pianist with over 10 years of experience performing across a wide range of styles and settings. He regularly performs at weddings, corporate events, private parties, hotels, restaurants and luxury venues across London and the UK.
His recent and regular performance work has included venues such as The Savoy and St Pancras Clock Tower, as well as countless weddings, corporate functions, drinks receptions and private events. Whether providing elegant background music during a cocktail reception, creating a relaxed atmosphere over dinner or bringing more energy to a celebration, Nick is experienced in adapting his playing to suit the occasion.
Nick’s repertoire covers a broad range of styles, from jazz standards and classic cocktail piano to Motown, soul, pop, classical and modern favourites. He particularly enjoys creating tasteful piano arrangements of recognisable songs, giving familiar music a sophisticated live feel while still keeping the atmosphere relaxed and accessible.
For weddings and private events, Nick works closely with clients to create a set that reflects their tastes and the mood they want for the day. He is happy to take requests and can incorporate meaningful songs, favourite artists or specific pieces into his repertoire wherever possible. From ceremony music and drinks receptions through to wedding breakfasts and evening entertainment, he can provide music throughout different parts of an event.
Nick also regularly performs for corporate clients and hospitality venues, where professionalism, reliability and the ability to read the room are just as important as musical ability. He understands when the piano should sit subtly in the background and when it can become more of a feature, always aiming to complement rather than overpower the atmosphere.
With extensive experience performing for different audiences and occasions, Nick brings a polished, versatile and personable approach to every booking. His goal is to provide high-quality live piano music that sounds great, feels effortless and helps make each event memorable.
