I started in school playing drums on my desk (teachers went happy) then my love of harmony's singing along with and adding harmony's to radio/record listens.
I bought a guitar and started playing along with records at home which I found enjoyable and found that my musical hearing ability was a natural gift.
Having had a great sense of rhythm I was persuaded by an older drummer friend to get a bass and as he agreed to play with me if I bought one I went ahead. Since then ive worked professionally for Mecca back in the eighties where I can say I learnt my trade.covering all styles from quicksteps to tangos pop disco funk
I left after 4 years with Mecca and decided to try and get creative and involve myself in original music which I still do to this day including Cardiff's legendary Cakehole Presley and the emerging talents Bella Collins and Dave Morris and the Knock which i formed.
I work as a session bassist and play covers/bands
Ive recently got myself a drum kit as I often play with Little Giants a very popular covers band in Cardiff
I have a very professional approach and I have great gear. I'm very easy going and love to make every performance a special one..always giving 100percent
