Musicianship

Nathan took up his first position as Assistant Organist in Rossorry Parish Church, Fermanagh. Here he developed the Youth Choir and accompanied many of the services. A number of years later Nathan founded and became Musical Director of the Fermanagh Youth Choir, a choir for secondary school aged children, which numbered around 40 members. In the same year he was appointed Director of Music in Rossorry Parish, taking over the running of the entire Music Department. Under Nathan the department continued to flourish, and he implemented choral scholarships and the introduction of a bi-monthly concert series all year round. Upon graduating from Ulster University in early 2014 with an Honours degree in Music, he moved to Dublin to commence studies at Trinty College Dublin with a Masters in Education. Here Nathan was appointed to St Paul's Parish, one of the largest churches in the diocese as Music Group Co-Ordinator, and recently has been Acting Musical Director. At the same time, he was appointed as Youth Choir Director in Whitechurch Parish and National School. In March 2015, Nathan was appointed as Features Editor with the renowned popular culture magazine Pure M in Dublin. Throughout 2014/15 Nathan has been teaching in The High School, Rathgar; one of the top ranking schools in Ireland. Nathan has numerous concert engagements every year and since arriving in Dublin is already making a name for himself, and is in huge demand as a Conductor and Organist
