I am a Manchester-based composer with a BMus from the University of Birmingham, where I specialised in composition. During my degree, I undertook studies with Michael Zev Gordon, Daria Kwiatkowska, Scott Wilson, Annie Mahtani, and David Onaç. I also spent my third year in Montpellier, France, where I studied Musicology at the Université Paul Valéry, which included a composition course under Sophie Lacaze. I am a versatile composer of instrumental and eletroacoustic music, as well as music for screen, and I have also written for a variety of events, including the contemporary music festival Turbulences Sonores, a showcase at Montpellier’s Musée Fabre, SheTogether: a celebration of female artists by Collective31, and a several events for the performing arts company, Label. As for the future, I will commence an MA in Composition for Screen at the University of Bristol this September.
