Performance with Camilli String Quartet
The Camilli Quartet were an absolute pleasure to work with, from the initial communication through to the day itself. The Church service itself was delayed by 30 minutes yet they continued to play throughout without complaining once and for that I am so incredibly grateful. I am sure I will be working with Camilli Quartet (and Encore of course!) on many more weddings to come.
Nandita began her musical studies at the age of seven in Hertfordshire. She graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Music from King's College London in 2009. Whilst at King's, she studied violin with Diana Cummings at the Royal Academy of Music. She has since completed a Masters in Violin Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire. Nandita is currently studying for a Postgraduate Artist Diploma course at Trinity Laban Conservatoire with Clare Thompson, where she holds scholarships as a Trinity Laban Award Scholar and a Trinity College London Scholar. She has participated in a number of masterclasses with violinists including Tasmin Little, Andrew Haveron, and the Wihan Quartet. Her string quartet, the Camilli Quartet, won the John Barbirolli String Quartet Prize 2015, and was also awarded a place on the Richard Carne Mentorship Scheme. Nandita undertakes freelance work with orchestras in and around London, and also teaches violin and piano in London and Hertfordshire.
