During her life as a professional pianist and educator, Nadine’s versatility as a musician has enabled her to perform on international platforms in many different capacities. Her introduction to Paolo Fazioli led to a personal invitation to demonstrate his pianos at the 2010 MusikMesse in Frankfurt and to give a solo recital at St. James’s, Piccadilly. Also in great demand as teacher and chamber coach, Nadine has a thriving private practice and teaches at the Junior Royal Academy of Music in London. Prior to studying at the RNCM, Nadine gave many public performances and won the North London Piano Competition in 1999, also reaching the regional finals of BBC Young Musician of the Year. Having completed a Master of Music degree at the Royal Northern College of Music under the tutelage of Kathryn Stott and Carole Presland, Nadine now enjoys a busy performing schedule giving regular concerts in the UK. During 2005, Nadine took lessons with Vera Müllerova in Plzen which led to winning 3rd prize in the International Anglo Czech-Slovak Competition in 2007. In 2009 she accompanied and worked with soprano Ingrid Macody-Lund-Fraser for Opera Evolution; a Lottery funded recital and education project that will be touring Norway in the near future. Both as a student and a professional, Nadine has performed as a member of several chamber ensembles, including the London Chamber Orchestra. In the past, with the RNCM Horn Trio and the RNCM New Ensemble. At present, with the Kingswood Piano Trio and fusion ensemble Trifarious. Nadine also performs in a duo with her husband, drummer Paul Cavaciuti, playing ragtime and jazz from the 1920s and 30s, and runs a regular concert series in south London for Classical Babies. Nadine loves to play to audiences of all kinds in many diverse settings, from house concerts to concert halls and galleries, and enjoys working directly with composers.
