Having formed in 2010 as a group of guys who just love playing music and entertaining people, we have developed a catalogue of rock, rock'n'roll and other hits which can bring that special touch to any occasion. We have a quality sound and light rig which provides a platform to make any occasion special. We pride ourselves in not only the music we play but also the way in which we engage and entertain guests and this is the backbone of all that we do. We can accommodate venues small or large and always do our best to put together a show that will fit our clients requirements and are able to turn our hand to most music genres although we specialise in Rock. Our standard booking tends to include 2 x 45-60 min plus background music in between sets but we can alter our mix to suit your needs. We can also provide DJ and compare services at an additional cost. We have played at Pubs, Outdoor Festivals, Private Parties and we have even provided musical accompaniment for local Pantomimes - this means that we are able to flex our style to meet most requirements. If there are particular songs or genres you’d like us to include, with enough notice, we can accommodate them for you.

We booked NOTA for our 25+ years company celebration event and their performance was excellent. The contact with Chris was also very good and enabled us to ensure their part of the event went smoothly. We can recommend them highly if you want a good classic rock band covering the range from 60's to current tracks.

Fantastic five piece band who played two great sets at our wedding reception. They were brilliant and even included a few special requests by us. I would definitely recommend this great band. Thank you Chris and the rest of N.O.T.A for making our night.

NOTA played for my husbands surprise 40th birthday party 2weeks ago at very short notice due to being let down last minute! Chris was excellent with communicating to arrange and organise the booking, taking note of all that we wanted, the guys were punctual and professional and really kept the party going even having to work outside of their comfort zones due to sickness within their own band, but they didn’t want to let us down! They were great, listened and responded to the crowd couldn’t have asked for better highly recommend.

NOTA were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Before the event, they had brilliant communication and attention to detail. On the day, they liaised well with the venue and we’re fully set up and ready by the agreed time. The quality of their music was brilliant and they certainly got everyone dancing! We were still going at almost midnight and all my guests commented on how great they were and what a fantastic selection of music they played! Highly recommend NOTA for an all round brilliant experience with great musicians! Thanks so much

What do your clients love most about your performances?

We play the best Rock songs to get our audience dancing as well as providing some more relaxed music when the situation is right - our 10 years of playing together means we are able to craft our sets to meet and make the mood.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

We have performed at a variety of events from outdoor festivals, Pub gigs, private parties and we have even provided music for local Pantomime performances.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

Our band makeup is diverse which means our influences are diverse - some of us were influenced by the Beatles others Oasis and our younger band member artists like Stereophonics and Foo Fighters.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

In terms of pure numbers, it would have to be the Pantomime performances where we have played to an audience of 500.

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

In the band we have 3 primary singers (keyboard player and 2 guitarists).

Do you have different line-up options?

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try and accommodate our clients requests and therefore if there are changes to the event timing, just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes - our sound system can also act as a DJ service for free during any interval. We can also negotiate providing DJ service after the final set for an additional fee.

How much time do you need to set up?

It usually takes us 75-90 mins to set up our equipment, sound check and assemble our lighting rig to make sure that we provide the best possible show for you.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We are constantly updating and increasing our setlist to match our clients requirements and we have a lot of experience knowing what works in certain situations. That said, if there are particular requests, we will do our best to fulfil them if time allows.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes - the quote includes full sound system and lighting rig. Miniumu requirements for a full show is 4m x 4m space.
