Musiquito graduated from the Conservatory of Music, Santiago, Cuba in 2001 where he studied a full range of musical styles and specialised in the trumpet. Musiquito has been performing professionally in London for 9 years. His performance background includes performances at global festivals, such as Glastonbury and the Vic Fezensac festival. He has toured internationally with Venezuelan artist Oscar D'Leon. Musiquito plays for a number of Latino bands in London at venues such as Ronnie Scott's, the Arts Club, the Nightjar bar and the Hootananny, Brixton. He is able to play all styles of Latino music, funk, soul, reggae, ska and pop covers.

Every time I hear you play the trumpet you sound better and better. Whether it's salsa, son, jazz or mariachi, the sound coming out of your instrument is simply impeccable, soulful and very professional.
