Morag Swietlicki

I graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama (now The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland) with a BA in Music Performance and a Postgraduate Certificate in Orchestral Studies. Following this I gained a diploma in Orchestral Studies from the National Centre of Orchestral Studies, London. I have played with many of the British symphony orchestras including the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra. I has also worked with the Orchestra of Scottish Ballet, the Orchestra of Scottish Opera, The Orchestra of Opera North, The Manchester Camerata, The European Opera Centre and The Orchestra of English National Ballet. I am also the owner of The Quartet, Trio, Duo and I'm very proud to say that we partner with the famous Candlight Concerts by Fever in Scotland, regularly performing fabulous programmes such as Taylor Swift, Queen, Hans Zimmer and more! I have played as part of the orchestra for many international soloists including Jose Carreras, Vanessa May, Tasmin Little, Maxim Vengerov , Paul Tortellier, and Lesley Garrett. As well as a classical music background I have toured with Led Zeppelin and played for the west end show ‘The Phantom of the Opera’. I have played for hundreds of weddings and events over the years so you can be sure I will help to make your event a success.
