Monster Ceilidh Band are one of the UK’s best-known and most in-demand ceilidh bands, with over 15 years of electrifying dance floors at festivals, arts centres, weddings and major events across the UK and beyond. The current line-up features the extraordinary Heather Ferrier on accordion, whose virtuosic playing and infectious stage presence drive the band’s sound. She is joined by prodigious Shetland fiddler Cathy Geldard and the bombastic octave mandolin of Kieran Szifris, creating a thrilling frontline of melody and rhythm. Powering the groove is drummer John Lambeth, whose dynamic playing brings a contemporary edge to the traditional repertoire. Completing the ensemble is Ivor Novello-nominated, award-winning sound engineer and bassist David de la Haye, ensuring both thunderous low end and pristine production at every event.
