Monelise

I hired Monelise for a concert that I produced on 20th September 2024. "Havens in Concert" is a unique blend of orchestral, choral and soloist led pieces. I wanted to include a singer-songwriter in the line up with a distinctive style of music and visual performance. After attending her exquisite solo show in London I knew that Monelise had the ideal ethereal song-writing style and captures an otherworldly beauty in her performances. So I hired her as one of the lead artists for my concert, to perform 3 songs that would add variety to the show while fitting seamlessly into the overall tapestry. Monelise delivered on this brief to become one of the stand out performances. Firstly she prepared a piano and cello arrangement of a classic love song from Russian cinema, and performed it in its original language. There was nothing else like this in the concert and she conveyed the emotion to the audience even if they didn't understand the Russian lyrics. She also performed a choreography piece, which she created with her talented team and performed with a second dancer and smoke effects. The audience had not expected anything like this and were entranced. Finally she performed with the full orchestra and choir on an epic arrangement of one of her own songs. Monelise is a multi-talented artist who can offer a bespoke package for any type of music event.
