Hi there We are two very experienced musicians based in the North West UK. Our duo consists of saxophone and acoustic guitar and we have performed at hundreds of events over our 20+year careers as a professional musicians. The nature of what we do means that we are quiet enough to create an atmosphere but not so loud as to dominate the event. Perfect for weddings and parties that require light entertainment as guests arrive and mingle, allowing for conversation. We even take requests! We continue to work as a regular sidemen with the likes of Elkie Brooks, Echo & the Bunnymen, Tony Hadley, Kid Creole, Heather Small, ABC and Sandi Thom, and now work alongside the international brand CREAM as their sax and keys player for the CREAM CLASSICS shows with K-Klass and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.

We booked the boys to perform at our wedding drinks and they were superb. Perfect song choice and the read the room perfectly. Mobile, semi acoustic and more than willing to help out at the event when changing rooms- they were most agreeable. Thanks boys!

Had the duo for our wedding drinks in the afternoon and they were exactly what we needed. We particularly dislike loud singers/bands, and so wanted a solution that could be entertaining without deafening. Mike & Paul did the job perfectly, and even took requests as they went along. Will be booking again for our summer party. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Many thanks.

Do you have different line-up options?

We are a duo consisting of sax and guitar.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

No problem- we’ll try and accommodate you as much as we can. We understand things change.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes. Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free.

How much time do you need to set up?

15 mins - were basically very low maintenance. Just need one power socket for the guitar amp/PA.

Can you roam around while you perform?

Yes. We can move around and mingle with guests if required.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Yes Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA system is included in your quote, but for many of our gigs, we are loud enough without significant amplification anyway.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes. If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you.
